Sean Gallivan, PT, MS, NCS, CBIS

Sean Gallivan, PT has had fourteen years of experience as an inpatient rehabilitation physical therapist, focusing the majority of his efforts on the neurological population, with mostly brain injury and CVA clients. In 1991 he received his Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Dayton, Dayton, OH. In 1994 he received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Duke University, Durham, NC where he was honored as an outstanding student in his graduating class. Sean is currently employed at Miami Valley Hospital where he works with bariatric and non-bariatric clients of various diagnoses; most commonly brain injury, spinal cord injury and cerebral vascular accident. Sean has recently attained Neurologic Clinical Specialist status from the APTA.
